About

Cognitive Task Analysis (CTA) is a family of methods for understanding a cognitively difficult task. One common technique in CTA is an interview with a Subject Matter Expert (SME). This technique is used for many tasks from military operations to medical procedures. This particular "flavor" of a CTA interview uses Clark's CPP approach. Follow the steps from top to bottom or when an IF condition is met. This webpage is provided as supplemental material for my new guide, Cognitive Task Analysis for 4C/ID.
