Cognitive Task Analysis (CTA) is a family of methods for understanding a cognitively difficult task. One common technique in CTA is an interview with a Subject Matter Expert (SME). This technique is used for many tasks from military operations to medical procedures. This particular "flavor" of a CTA interview uses Clark's CPP approach. Follow the steps from top to bottom or when an IF condition is met.
